Our shipyard clients are world-renowned brands loved by sailors all over the world. However, refurbishing and repairing old motor and sailing boats for private customers is also a significant part of our business.

Scandinavian Teak Deck is a company based in Terjärv, Finland, that provides international services. Most of our refit projects take place in Europe, but we do also take on projects elsewhere like in the United States, Chile, the Philippines, Antigua, etc.

Our history

When our company was founded in 1998, we embarked on a lifelong journey to create magical moments on deck. Since then, we have continued our voyage to many continents and countries shaping the decks of the future.

Factory

Scandinavian Teak Deck operates in state-of-the-art 4,000 m² production facilities. Our production site is divided between superyacht and motorboat deliveries. Sail- and superyacht decks are primarily built by hand, while serialdecks are built by machinery and assembled by hand. Our efficient production methods make us very cost-competitive in a broader context.

MarinPool

MarinPool was established in 2010 as a subsidiary of Scandinavian Teak Deck.

The company operates as a staffing agency and provides skilled workers specializing in lamination, production lines, and carpentry to internationally renowned boat builders.
